There were no complications at operation on 9/3/02. At 2 a.m. on the
morning of 09/05/2002 she was found apneic. The rhythm on the monitor
showed asystole. Full ACL protocol was initiated which included intubation,
chest compression, and IV medications. However, she could not be resuscitated.
She was pronounced dead at 2:30 a.m. An autopsy was performed.
