The patient’s past medical history is significant for hypertension and hyperlipidemia, treated with Simvastatin. He also has a right bundle branch block of unclear duration. There is a family history of adult-onset diabetes mellitus, coronary artery disease, and hypertension. The patient is married and has six children. He has no history of tobacco, alcohol, or illicit drug use.

1. What are the patient's risk factors for coronary artery disease? What should his children be tested for?
