The patient is a 78 year old Caucasian woman who has a past history of renal artery stenosis and stent placement with severe hypertension. She has been residing in a nursing home where she was noted to have gone without her gastrostomy tube feeds for one week. She was taken to an outside hospital where she was found to have a creatnine of 6.6 mg/dL increased from her baseline of 2.7 mg/dL. She was rehydrated there but her urine output remained very poor so she was transferred to this hospital for a renal angiogram.

Review these images from the angiogram:
Iliac artery run off
Right renal artery injection
Left renal artery injection
1. What do you note in the iliac artery runoff?

2. What do you see on the renal artery injections?
