Reference Values

Over the next few hours, she remained hemodynamically unstable. She had a borderline cardiac index and blood pressure despite high dose inotropic and pressor support. She developed florid pulmonary edema and severe hypoxemia which could not be reversed despite maximal ventilatory support. Minimizing the right ventricular flow rate in an attempt to decrease pulmonary edema was unsuccessful as well.
