The patient is a 45-year-old female with a past medical history significant for H. pylori infection who has had stomach pain and indigestion since December of 2002. She was diagnosed with H. pylori in January and took a three-week course of medication. She had bloating and a gain in weight, and was treated with Prevacid until the end of January 2003 when a CT was obtained.
