The patient is a 78-year-old female with no significant past medical history who was admitted on 9-19-01 for severe right upper quadrant, back and flank pain. An ultrasound revealed a 1.5 cm stone in the right UPJ, mild hydronephrosis and hydroureter. She was treated with stent placement. She was discharged several days later with a creatnine of 1.0.
