The patient is an 85 year old male who presents with a 2 month history of weakness, anorexia, back and pelvic pain. His past medical history is significant for prostate cancer 11 years ago for which he received radiation treatments for 7 weeks. Three years ago, an elevation in PSA was detected and Lupron therapy was started.
