The patient is a 74 year old morbidly obese female who was recovering from a shoulder dislocation when she fell at home. She remained in a kneeling position for 3-4 days because she could not get back up. She was found by her neighbors and was brought into the local emergency room where she was found to have extensive soft tissue damage to both lower extremities and re-dislocation of her shoulder.
