Welcome from the Program Director
Welcome to the University of Utah Department of Pathology’s Residency Program website. We offer training in combined Anatomic Pathology and Clinical Pathology, as well as a Clinical Pathology only track. Our mission is to train exceptional board certified pathologists through flexible training individually tailored for careers in academia or private practice. While striving to provide residents solid training in all fields of pathology, the Department maintains flexibility in the training program to allow and encourage residents to pursue expertise in an area of particular interest.
