Research Title : Novel Therapeutic Strategies for Corneal and Retinal Agiogenesis

Research Description:

1) Elucidating the molecular foundations of vascular demarcations in the eye (e.g., between the cornea and the surrounding tissues) and between the choroid and the overlying retina

2) Developing novel intracellular approaches to inhibit angiogenic mediators in vivo

3) Creating delivery technologies using nanoparticles and intraocular devices for long-term drug release to the eye
