Description of Research: This project is a study of behavioral evaluations of various stimulation settings to improve the performance of cochlear implant patients (previously deaf but now able to hear and communicate with the device). Students will learn about the basics of cochlear implants and testing software in the beginning and will be expected to interact with patients and test their performance under various experimental settings.
